Any payments made over and above the minimum deposit will be treated as deposit monies and are non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid on arrival to your venue either in cash or by bank transfer to Dolled Up business bank account on the day of your event unless stated otherwise.

Pamper Party HQ

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your party. We have bookings either side and can not accommodate early arrivals. All participants must leave the venue promptly at the end of the party. The party headquarters are not big enough to accommodate all parents and so we operate a drop off service and ask that only two parents maximum stay. Our HQ is based on a high street so there are lots of shops for parents to frequent during the party time and there are cafes and supermarkets too. We will provide tea and coffee for the parents remaining in the venue (free of charge) and we ask that parents remain in the reception area during the party, except to take photos and check on the children). If the children are under 6 or have special requirements then the parent will need to stay with the child and supervise. All participants must abide by the instructions of the party organisers at all times.

Breakages/damage must be paid for. All participants are expected to respect the rules and regulations of the pamper party and to act in a manner that is appropriate and respectful to all other participants. In the unlikely event that behaviour becomes an issue, it is the responsibility of the parent to step in and take control. If bad behaviour becomes serious then we reserve the right to ask the party to leave the premises.
