Our amazing craft and selfcare workshops run throughout the day and after school and last 1.5hrs
Come and meet new friends (kids and parents). We will be making fun crafts, colouring and chatting, building confidence and teaching self care, a vital skill for building confidence, resilience where your child will learn the importance of meditation and taking time to recharge and feel more relaxed. Suitable for boys and girls: 5yrs+
(Workshop sizes, very but groups are capped at six so there will never be an overwhelming number of children)
