Every child takes the quiz. It asks about the things they notice, how they prefer to work, how they feel in different situations. Their answers reveal their animal archetype: a reflection of who they already are, waiting to be named.
Each archetype carries a set of strengths, instincts and ways of moving through the world. The session explores what that means for this child, through storytelling, journaling, creative activity, education and conversation. They begin to build a picture of themselves that belongs to them.
At the heart of The Animal Archetype Project™ is an idea that is both simple and well-supported by psychology: the brain believes what you tell it. What children think about themselves shapes how they act, which shapes what becomes true. This session gives them something worth believing.
Every child leaves with their own journal. Their archetype, their strengths, affirmations and practical tools they can keep returning to. Something to build on, long after the session ends.
