Bead & Breathe is a mindful mini-escape where children slow down, breathe and create something beautiful that is uniquely theirs. A bracelet, a keychain, a pen: whichever they choose, they make it themselves.
The making and the breathing are not separate things. The focus that threading beads requires is exactly the kind of present-moment attention that calms a busy nervous system. By the time it is finished, children have spent time being genuinely still. Most of them have not even noticed.
